card: Cardiovascular Applications in Research Data

Datasets and tools for cardiovascular research data. Queries the FDA MAUDE database of medical device adverse event reports through 'openFDA', resolves its free-text manufacturer and brand strings onto companies and ablation platforms, and groups its coded problem terms into clinical complications. Extracts measurements from echocardiogram report text, looks up procedural billing codes, reads variant annotations, and fits cosinor models of circadian rhythm.
